UCOPLAST - BLOCKMIX enables water content of a mix to be reduced. This in turn leads to reduced shrinkage,
cracking and crazing.

crazing. UCOPLAST - BLOCKMIX makes the use of lime unnecessary.
UCOPLAST - BLOCKMIX will give improved workability with all building sands.
Properties
UCOPLAST - BLOCKMIX introduces air into the mortar in form of extremely small evenly dispersed bubbles, due to the stability of tiny bubbles, prevents premature stiffening and avoids the need for repeated knocking-up in the hardened mortar,
these minute bubbles provides a cushioning effect against thermal change thereby minimising cracking and crazing in screeds or renders capillary
channels are also made discontinuous by the formation of bubbles, thus reducing the
penetration of water.
Where to use
Ucoplast should be used in mortars for brickwork, block work, backing coats for plaster & external rendering. |

Method of use
UCOPLAST - BLOCKMIX is added directly to part of the mixing water prior to its addition to the wet cement sand mix.

UCOPLAST - BLOCKMIX is an industrial chemical mildly alkaline; prolonged contact with skin should be avoided.
