Description 
UCOFINISH is a repacked single pack thin section fairing coat plaster designed to provide a level, weather resistance.
Surface consisting of a preblended mix of carefully chosen cements and special additives with significant advantages over standard cementitious systems for the indoor outdoors on horizontal or vertical surfaces and new or existing concrete as a part of a full concrete repair specification. UCOFINISH has a very good flexural properties, adhesion and weather and water resistance. The hardened plaster surface can be painted or wall papered 
Where to use 
UCOFINISH is recommended to provide a smooth level surface when applied in thin sections on new or old concerto spaces. It may also used to effect thin layer repairs finishing walls and ceilings 
UCOFINISH can be  used on rendered surfaces

Method of use
  1. Surface Preparation : 
    Surface should be mechanically prepared by bush hammering, grit blasting etc. should be free of all dust, oil paint, laitance etc. The prepared concrete or surface should be dampened down with clean water immediately prior to the application of UCOFINISH 
  2. Mixing:
    Add UCOFINISH to the mixing bucket / trey containing water to obtain thick creamy consistency start with stiffer mix and gradually add more water to the required water demand (approx 35 to 40%) while mixing, mix thoroughly for additive to dissolve. Apply with steel trowel or Spatula at the thickness of 2-3 mm. No curing procedure are normally necessary.

Storage Life 
UCOFINISH has a shelf life of 12 months when Stored in unopened bags. Ensure protection from damp conditions, frost and direct sunlight Handling Precautions 
UCOFINISH is non-hazardous. However inhalation of dust should be avoided. Avoid contact with skin. Wash with clean water if contacted.
