Description
UCOPLAST - ACF is a unique chloride-free accelerating admixture which is ideal for increasing rate of strength gain and it offers the effect of low temperature by accelerating the rate of setting, strength gain and heat evolution.
Work can be continued under adverse weather condition of the concrete and without fear of chloride corrosion.
For concrete and work made to fixed workability the plasticising action of UCOPLAST-ACF enable a reduction in water cement ratio. UCOPLAST-ACF gives increased rates of production due to the higher early strength of the concrete. 
Where to use/Typical Applications
Ideally suited for use in Pre-Cast production, cold weather concreting, concrete requires high early strength, retaining walls etc.

Method of use
UCOPLAST - ACF is ready to use and should be added to the gauging water.
Dosage
Dosage rate is 1 ltr. approx per 50 kg. cement preferably determined by site trials. 
Storage Life
UCOPLAST - ACF has a storage life of one year and should be stored in manufacturer's sealed container in frost-free conditions out of direct sunlight. 
Compatibility
UCOPLAST - ACF can be used with all types of OPC except high alumina cement. It should not be premixed with other admixture. 
Health & Safety 
UCOPLAST - ACF is not a health - hazard. It is an industrial chemical. Prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. Eyes should be washed with clean water and medical advice sought.
