Description 
 UCOGROUIT-INJ is an admixture which has a dual action of allowing reduced water cement ratio and positive expansion counter- acts the natural settlement and shrinkage of grout and aids stability and cohesion. 
Direction for use 
Cement grout 
50 Kg Cement+500 Gm Gout-lnj+15-18 ltrs. water.
Cement sand grout 
50 Kg Cement + 500 Gm Gout-lnj + 50 Kg Zone-II sand +15-18 Litre water.
Where to use 
UCOGROUIT-INJ is used where a reduced W/C ratio and positive expansion is required like duet grouting, cable grouting, non shrink infilling injection grouting, pressure grouting and jointing.

Positive expansion during setting leads to superior bonding to surrounding materials. 		 Technical data

How to use 
500 Gms of UCOGROUIT-INJ is to be added to 15 Kg cement bags as dry mix. Water to be added is 20-22 Litres Areas to be grouted should be sound clean and free from contamination. Concrete and mineral surface should be carefully pre-wetted and all surplus water removed prior to grout application. 
The mix material gradually added to the water and mix mechanically for 3 to minutes place the grout within 20 minutes of mixing to gain the full benefit of expansion process. Adopt usual pumping procedures to ensure continuous operation. 
Shelf life 
UCOGROUIT-INJ has shelf life of 12 months when stored unopened in dry condition.
