Description
UCOGROUT-GP-45 a pre-mixed cementitious grout with both high and early ultimate strength. UCOGROUT-GP-45 has excellent flow properties and will not shrink. UCOGROUT-GP-45 is suitable to use and only requires the addition of water to produce a fluid grout. UCOGROUT-GP-45 is free from corrosive substance.
Properties 
In common with other cementitious products the properties of UCOGROUT-GP-45 depend upon the water: cement ratio used. UCOGROlJT-GP-45 will stay pourable for approximately 20 minutes at 20°C any material unused after this time should be discarded. UCOGROUT-GP-45 is suitable for use in gap widths of between 10-50 mm for application below 10 mm alternative material may be used. For more details, please contact our technical department for material may be built-up on layer not exceeding 50 mm. 
Alternative UCOGROUT-GP-45 may be bulk out by the addition of approximately 6 kg. 6 mm peagravel to each bag. This will allow thickness up to 100 mm to be achieved in one pour.

Method of use 
The substrate should be sound clean and free from contamination. Concrete and other mineral surface should be carefully pre washed and all surfaces should be carefully pre-wetted and all surplus water removed, prior to the application of UCOGROUT-GP-45.
Use oil-free compressed air to blow out bolt holes etc. as necessary, ensure base plates, bolts etc. are clean and free of oil, grease and paints etc. Set and align equipments if shield are to be removed after the grout has set then lightly grease them to facilitate easy removal. 
The UCOGROUT-GP-45 should be mixed with the correct amount of water preferably by mechanical means for minimum of 3 minutes. Do not mix more material that can be used in 20 minutes. The powder should never be poured in to still water. 
The fluid grout should be poured from one end only. Ensure that air displaced by the fluid grout is to escape when carrying out base plate grouting ensure sufficient grout head of pressure. 
Storage Life
UCOGROUT-GP-45 has shelf life of one year it kept unopened. 
Handling Precaution 
UCOGROUT-GP-45 is alkaline and avoid contact with skin. Splashes should be washed off with water.
